The Southern Tier NY RC Model Boat Club now has a new Race Pond ,
thanks to Scott Forcier who spent a lot of time on research to locate it.
Next race will be August 22 & 23, utilizing all of the same race sanction that
is posted on the IMPBA website for Brick Pond.
Location is The Caton Hydrobowl, 11755 East Hill Road, 5 miles South of Corning, Ny.
Dimentions are 450' wide x 875' long, w/ full size course and big turns, nestled down between the hills for great wind protection, very clean water, lots of parking.
You will love to race at this place !!!
