I'll be posting soon what I'm going to do for my new .20 rigger. Something different, just because that's what I look to do.... Gonna add a stinger to my NR nitro pipe and then have a muffled section tig welded to the end. The muffled section will have an exit stinger that is to the side instead of straight back. Doing this because the pipe will be facing forward over the fuel tank! You heard it here first!

I silver soldered the internal stinger to make sure that it never comes loose. Once the muffler is welded on, there would be no easy way to fixing a loose internal stinger. Otherwise, the internal stinger can be glued in place with Hi-Temp Loctite. A 3/32" hole was drilled to drain the pipe if flooded with fuel or water. An 1/8" hole could be drilled for larger pipes that could potentially hold more water from a dunk.... Hopefully the pictures show how the brass stinger is held in place. If confused, just ask.
